Shift Options: Weekend Warrior 6 am-2 pm and 10 pm to 6 am

The Weekend Warrior Program requires team members to work four shifts totaling 32 hours between 6 am Friday and 6 am Monday. The available shifts are from 6 am to 2 pm and from 10 pm to 6 am. Team members who meet this schedule will receive an additional 8 hours of pay, called Weekend Warrior Pay, which is not included in overtime calculations.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by the state
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with the assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
